The IOMBA student residence is located at a convenient 2 minute walk from the IOMBA campus.  The apartment building is a modern 5 story complex with a court yard, washer and dryer units and optional hi-fi and telephone connections.

The IOMBA programme has 4 Units are located on the ground floor of the complex, making it easy to access the nearby supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Each living unit houses up to 3 or 4 students with a communal kitchen, lounge area and bathroom. The bedrooms, each with their own sink, come in 2 forms: a regular bedroom or a larger studio, depending on your preference for space. In addition, the apartments are completely furnished with cleaning services being provided twice per month.

Rooms are offered and allocated to admitted students at the discretion of the IOMBA Office, but usually on a "first come first served" basis, so early applicants have a better chance at securing one of these rooms.
