The IOMBA faculty is as broad-based and international as the programme itself. Many of the courses are taught by professors from the University of Geneva's Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences and its Business School (HEC), as well as by well-known scholars from leading universities around the world. Reflecting the multi-disciplinary and cross-sectoral nature of the programme, a significant portion of the curriculum is delivered by practitioners from international organizations and by executives from the private sector. These faculty members provide applied knowledge to students and complement classroom learning with insights into their organizations and networks.

The IOMBA curriculum and faculty are guided by our International Academic Advisory board, with members drawn from leading institutions around the world, both north and south as well as east and west. Board members are internationally renowned scholars with practical experience working in international or nongovernmental organizations as officials and consultants. They help in the ongoing design and restructuring of the programme, often teach in the programme, and provide contacts for students in their respective regions.
